What is the problem?
One of those living within the shared accommodation make a rental agreement with the owner but others don’t have such an agreement. during this condition, they’ll must apply for a shared accommodation permit from the Ministry of Municipality and Rural Affairs.
Permit for shared accommodation
In order to try to to that; open the login page of the Ministry and choose “Standard Access
Enter your Absher account username and password to login and so enter the verification code received within the SMS.
Check your details and click on on the highlighted button if must change anything
Now you’re starting the method to use for a permit for the shared accommodation in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. so as to try and do that;
Click on the خدمات بلدي.
Select from the رخص السكن الجماعي drop-down list.
Now the system will show you four options;
Select اصدار رخصة سكن جماعي للأفراد to use for the permit.
Click on خدمة تجديد رخص السكن الجماعي for the permit renewal.
Select خدمة إلغاء رخص السكن الجماعي to cancel the permit.
Click on خدمة تعديل رخص السكن الجماعي to alter the permit
On the following screen, just scroll down till the tip and comply with the terms and conditions
Now the system will offer you 3 options from where you wish to pick out عن نفسي as you’re applying for the permit for the shared accommodation for yourself
In the next step, the system will send a verification code on your mobile then show the subsequent screen which states that “Thank you! Successfully verified”
Now click on the حفظ زمسودَّة button and enter the situation and other required details of the property that you wish to get a permit for the shared accommodation
