Jawazat in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced that leave & re-entry visas will not be converted into a final leave visa if the migrant resident is outside the realm of Saudi Arabia.
Based on the resources, Jawazat claimed that individuals who have left the Kingdom on Leave & Re-Entry visas as well as did not return to Saudi Arabia or stopped working to return before the expiry day of their Visa would be prevented or outlawed from entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for three years.
Though, there will be exceptions for Deportees in the case of dependents and people who have obtained a brand-new visa from their previous company.
The Jawazat has stated that the credibility period of the Exit & Re-Entry visa is calculated from the day of exit from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
The resources stated domestic workers that have fallen short of going back to Saudi Arabia would be immediately gotten rid of the Jawazat’s Absher system six months after the expiration of the credibility of their exit & Re-Entry visa.
They will be removed from the system one month after the expiration of the Visa if their failure to return is communicated via the “Tawasul” messaging and requests service on the Absher system for electronic solutions.
The alert sent to Jawazat concerning a domestic worker’s lack of a job can be terminated within 15 days from the day of the notice through the “Tawasul” solution on Absher, the sources included.
