The HRSD Ministry has allowed ex-pats to transfer work through Qiwa before completing the 1-year service after they arrive in Saudi Arabia. Hereof, the Ministry has accepted three adjustments;
1- With the present company’s consent, the staff member can transform his task into a different company without finishing the first year of service after he arrives in Saudi Arabia. Currently, there is no time constraint on the transfer of work. An employee can transfer to another company also the next day.
2- A deportee deserves to move his task to one more company at the end of his agreement without the authorization of the current employer.

3ex-patexpat can additionally move his work to another employer before finishing the agreement and without the consent of the current company if;
Twelve-month have passed since I arrived in Saudi Arabia.
The staff member supplies three months’ notification to move his task.
The agreement is ended under Short article 77 of the Saudi Labor Regulation.
Bear in mind that in case of resignation under Post 77, the worker will have to pay incomes equivalent to the continuous duration of the contract to the company.
