Types of Saudi Green Cards

There are two varieties of Saudi Premium Residency cards available for residents;

Permanent Resident Card for a one-time payment of SR 800,000.
A one-year Saudi positive identification for SR 100,000/annum.
Requirements to use for the Saudi Premium Residency

All the below-mentioned required documents must be submitted in English or Arabic.

Saudi Iqama Number if the applicant is in Asian country or has ever been within the country on an Iqama.
Bank Statement for the last 2 years.
Current Address with an indication of the National Address Registration.
Information about wife and kids.
Recent Salary Slip stamped by the employer and also the Chamber of Commerce.
Title Deed or property Ownership document certified from the Accreditation Authority.
Loan certificate from the lender or bank guarantees if any.
The audited financial statements from the controller.
Certificates proving the ownership of the shares approved by the concerned authorities.
Personal picture of the applicant and also the family.
Passport Copies of the applicant and his members of the family.
Copies of all visas of Asian nation stamped on the applicant’s passport within the last 15 years.
